The Supported Accomodation Service was established in February 2022 to provide support and care to young adult service users aged 16-25.  The safety and wellbeing of our young people is our priority.

In line with our aims and objectives our staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable possessing the necessary skills, experience and qualifications in the provision of care services to individuals in and out of their own homes, with a wide range of support, including Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour.

We are committed to the highest standards and quality of care with delivery based on a multi-disciplinary contribution, having at its centre the service users and people significant to them. In particular, we are committed to the development of positive lifestyles for individuals and for them to lead the fullest possible life within the community.

We are proud of the level of quality and attention to service users’ needs that our care staff provides, the result of which has led to quality recognition being achieved. In addition, all our managers possess either nursing, social work or vocational qualifications/experience and all have substantial additional experience in supporting people with a more complex range of needs. We will continue to invest in the further development of staff in order to continually respond to individuals’ actual and changing needs and wishes.

Caroline Ngoleadiage has worked within the NHS with over 10 years of experience in caring for patients and vulnerable individuals. She has a  level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management of Adult Care with City and Guilds certificate.  The qualification covers the knowledge and skills required to lead and manage a range of settings where services support individuals with different needs. Our Registered Manager is very experienced and qualified in a number of care related areas, including; Valuing People and Person Centred Planning.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management

Our dorector and registered manager are both qualified leaders possesing a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management qualification designed. Having strong leadership skills, strategic planning, performance management, and team leadership to drive organizational goals in parricular, ensuring that our young people attain their goals and independence.

NVQ Diploma Level 1, 2, and 3 in Managing Health and Social Care:

These diplomas offer a structured path to expertise in healthcare management, with each level building essential skills for effective leadership in the health and social care sector.
