Aims & Objective

  • We aim to equip Young people with the skills, knowledge and ability to take more control of their lives and live more independently. Another one of our goals is to succeed in supporting Service Users to be involved in all aspects of the service delivery, resulting in an enhanced personal choice, and overall wellbeing. We endeavor to create an environment where all individuals are valued, cared for and empowered to reach their full potential. We strive to deliver High quality care to Service Users.
  • Help Young People to make informed choices on how to live their lives
  • Personalise assistive aids and technology to enable Young People to perform tasks that they would otherwise not be able to do or would need additional support to carry out. We believe assistive technology will promote independence, choice, control and enablement. Example of some needs which could be met through assistive aids and technology are: Speaking, Hearing, Vision, Writing, Relaxation, Health monitoring, Leisure, Memory, Local community, Out and about, shopping, around the home, family and social network, eating and cooking, care and personal safety, money and budgeting. We use assistive technology to support the above listed needs and more.
  • Identify the needs of vulnerable Young People with special needs, leaving residential care or hospitals and transferring to supported living service and provide them with personalized care plan in full consultation with Young People, their family, friend and care professionals.
  • Increase vulnerable Young People awareness of budgeting their money, their rights to direct payments or personalised budget
  • Provide services to Young People in or outside their own home at a time and in a way that is agreed by them
  • Involve Young People in our recruitment and selection of support staff
  • To enable vulnerable Young People to develop their confidence and maintain their dignity by retaining control of the care and support they receive
  • Provide experienced and committed staff that have the appropriate expertise and training to provide a holistic service to young adults with a range of complex needs
  • Provide opportunities to choose from a range of recreational, educational and employment opportunities that are available in the community.
  • To provide Young People with the highest level of security in their homes by ensuring 24/7 CCTV which can be accessed by service user family whenever required.
